Inside
the factory.
Frames are made in our own wood shop and covers are sewn in-house, then each piece is upholstered on our production lines. Incoming materials are inspected, and every motor and switch is checked.

How an order runs.
- You write to usWith the products, quantities, what you want customised and when you need it.
- Quote and sampleWe price the order and make a sample for you to approve.
- ProductionOnce the sample is right, we schedule the order. Furniture usually ships 28–40 days after it is confirmed.
- Inspection and loadingWe pack and load in Shenzhen, 50 km from Shekou port.
Questions
Do you make the Zeoprix pillows yourselves?
Yes. They are made in the same factory as our furniture.
What are your minimums?
Travel pillows have no fixed minimum: tell us the quantity you need and we will make it. For furniture it depends on the piece and how much you customise, so tell us what you need and we will quote it.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, custom orders are welcome. Send the details or a drawing with your enquiry and we will tell you what we can do.
Which markets do you ship to?
Most of our furniture goes to Japan and Korea. We also ship to the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the US, and sell within China.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes, visitors are welcome. The factory is in Shenzhen, China. Email us to arrange a visit.
